no cd player !?!?!

ecs tuning sells the phat noise thing... www.ecstuning.com do a search there.

1996's are 8 pin, and those are harder to find... but you can indeed find them! Phone some wreckers, or use those websites above.

Hehe, you were just complaining about the expense of new headlights in the other thread... you'd best forget about OEM sat/nav right now. Bank on at least 700USD to make that work... IF it can work on an old 96. Not worth it at all man... You bought the most reliable a4 ever built, drive it, love it... and sell it and move on in a few years.

I hear there is alot of nmodding to put a nav in a b5. DO what I do and buy a portable gps, my garmin is like a palm and it has the entire us map on it , points of interest and so on as well as it speaks directions to you when your going somewhere.

wow did not know that the phat noise where that cheap. i thought they were like 300 that has to be about as cheap as getting a 6 disc changer to put in isnt it?

you can get cd changers for aroun 100 or less most times. The ones I saw on ebay are around that price or less.
