whats the d pillar cause i think mine is bad and i may wanna fix it if its easy.

No, the C and D pillar are very close together, the one by the rear door window is the C pillar, the D pillar goes on the side of the rear window (inside the car)

 

I did some research i didnt find any TSB on that(found lots of other interesting stuff) what would it be under? electrical? and if there is TSB do i just go to dealer and tell them to replace it?

Its a world known part to go bad on the B6, the controller always developes a huge crack accross it, the dealer will know what it is before even pulling it into the shop.
If you wanna take a quick peak at it (easy) just pop down the rear center roof panel (pops down) and you should see a rectangle electrical circuit board looking thing with two single radio antenna wires running into it. Use your flashlight and take a look at it, i guarantee you there will be a crack in it.

 

2nd that, if there is a TSB on something will Audi fix it if the car isn't under warranty?

 

It depends on what the TSB says, most likely they won't if its not under factory warranty.
The oil sludge TSB i believe is the only one that you won't be charged for if you can show proof of oil change reciepts.
