run diags sounds like the car is going into limp mode, could be a bad sensor, o2, maf, etc...

Well, I hope that is it, that is the only sensor left that I have not checked/replaced.

Alright, I guess I am going to try to replace the mafs. Does anyone know how to check the current one to see if it is bad?

before replacing it (because it is a expensive part) try to clean the old one. There is a electronic cleaner that you can buy at RadioShack. It is a small white can. Sprey it to the sensor and make sure it dries complately before you installed back and start the car.
