Audi vw same engine and well done

 

I know this might be old post, but I am having similar problem, changed the starter and I am getting a buzzing sound from one of the relays under the steering wheel, the car won't crank, just the relay 214 buzzing. Is this an ignition switch issue or the relay, checked all the grounds and starter wires. Why is the relay buzzing or huming so loudly?
