Which country is the plate for?
Which state (if in US) is the plate for? I doubt anyone would want to buy a plate from a different state or country.
And finally is CDV for Clutch Delay Valve?

The plate is for Great Britain.
The A4 is for Audi A4 and CDV was originally for someones initials, but can stand for whatever you wish.
