That is what I run and I love it. If you have 93 gas where you live, go for the 93 octane program.

My check engine light went on recently. Turns out the seal on the gas cap was not set correctly. Really no reason to pull over immediately and do an eyeball diagnostic if the light isn't blinking.

I was assuming that he was replying to what was first said at the beginning of the thread but I may be wrong.

If you have the AEB engine, it may be the power output stage on top of the airbox (these seem to often go bad on cyl 2).
correct. AKA the ignition amplifier.

I didn't see that "preferrably mod's" line at the start. I'm surprised any "Avergae Joe's" responded to you.[>:]

My sincerest apologies.....first off my car had just s*at on me, and second i come from a honda back ground...where in the forums 5 are educating 100,000. i was just upset that my car wasnt working correctly so i was a little distraught.

im sorry to those i may have upset by my comment.

Slowb5...I got my car back from the dealer today after having the exact same problems that your car did..

It was a bad Ignition Final Stage Module and it costed me $370.92 plus labor to replace.

After getting that fixed, it runs great again. Hope this helps.
