Odd sound from rear of car

Default Odd sound from rear of car
I have an odd sound coming from the rear of the car, by both rear tires. Sounds electrical, like a constant whine. It constant no matter what I do, accellerate, decellerate, brake, turn, standing completely still parked, and goes off as soon as i turn the car off. Could it be the fuel pump?
