I think my odometers broken. I traveled to the same destination with my dad's car and that was only 10 miles... With my audi, it says that I've driven 20 miles....
does anyone have the same prob or know what might be the problem.

Also, can if my odometer really is broken and it really does take in two miles when it really should be one. Can i get my milelage to be lowered to what it should be?

 

Maybe your Dads is broken.

No you cannot "roll back" the odometer.

Drive with someone else and recheck.

 

Also make sure that your vehicle and the vehicle your compareing it to have the same rim and tire size as what the car was supposed to come from from the factory.

 

okay...so I mapquested the location. It says that it should take 9 miles to get to and from. It took my car 17 miles to and from, which is definently not right. and my dad's car took only 10 miles...which seems more legit. His car is a toyota camry.

 

could it be set for km possibly? just a thought

1 Mile is 1.6 kilometers, so perhaps you have accidentally changed the odometers to read in km.

 

Yeah, its gotta be something like that... Tell us if you have after market rims, or admit to mistaking miles for KM and failing[:@]!
