Default OEM headlights

on my oem head lights there is this pink electric that lets the power go to the head light i was wondering on how you get that off i have tried everything and nothign works here is a pic

Isn't there a metal spring you push in on. It should be on the side of the plug.

No there is not metal spring on these I believe.
The trick is in how they go together - I remember having a hell of a time getting them apart before.

There is a release tab - On the bottom of that plug, there's a clip like the one on your MAF. You can use a small flat-head screwdriver to get that off without any difficulty. Be gentle, though, so that you don't break the clip.
