that happened to a buddy of mines jeep.. and they had to replace all of the suspension components and replace his fender where the it was bent all to hell ...

sucks man.. make sure.. double sure they fix everything perfectly.. you will have to get an alignment and all that bullshit..

i dont have to worry about that on my car.. the fuking lugs are on so tight i cant even get them to budge an inch [:@] lol.

I skipped the embarrasment and went straight to rage after the "WTF happened" it moved to "oh someone is gonna die"

 

That is a shame Dan. Was it the Just Tires on Swede Street or Swede Road? Ellen is taking her Jeep over to the one on Swede Road for new tires this week. I'll tell her to make sure they double check the lugs nuts.

I'm glad to hear they are taking care of you and that you weren't hurt.

The guys at the Swede Road shop are good guys. One of the Philly area SCCA guys works at or manages that shop. I see his Scirocco (sp) out front all of the time. I bet he is embarassed as hell. He needs to teach his guys to double check the lug nuts. Let me know if something goes wrong in your dealings with them and they won't get anymore of my business.

I'll make sure I give them a hard time if I end up taking the Jeep over there instead of Ellen.

Yeah, it's lucky it wasnt worse, if they hadnt put one of the tires on backwards (another red flag) I'd have been on my way to the turnpike to go to the Streets of tomorrow event. But since they ran late I decided to go home instead heh.
