No K04 for me, I found a brand new K03 on AZ so I'm going with that. I'm going to get the intercooler replaced as well, since that's probably where the turbo droppings ended up.[:'(]

Apparently the lean issue I've been having is common with APR Stage 1+, so I may be able to kill two birds with one stone.

Well, I should be getting the K03 and SMIC tomorrow, so when I take it into the shop on Thursday I'm going to have them do the following:[*]Replace turbo and SMIC[*]Inspect/clean out intake lines and throttle body[*]Change oil, filter and coolant[*]Find out what's causing me to run lean[*]Flush and replace brake fluid[*]Check and change if needed tranny and diff fluid
The last 2 items are just PM things that should be done, nothing to do with the turbo replacement. Anything else I should have them do?

sorry if I missed it above but why are you replacing the SMIC? just due to possible shavings? is thats the reason, how do you not know some shavings didn't get into your engine and are in there right now scoring the cylinder walls
whoa-ho-ho-ho-ho! dude, youre lucky that piece didnt fall into the compressor, damn dude. i cant imagine what i'd end up doing if that happened to me. ive got twins to take care of. if u want more power go with the K04, but if you just wana fix it, go with the K03 sport turbo and youll be allright

Also, I'm not driving the car right now, I have a rental, until I take it to the shop. When I do I'll put it in stock mode and keep it out of boost as much as possible.
