Use an oil that meets ACEA A3 or A5.

I use mobil 5w30, works well for me...

im switching to durablend, my car has 100k on it and why not the best of both worlds?
1/2 synthetic and 1/2 regular

durablend is junk...trust me i work at a valvoline....no good
