Ok, so im coming up on that time... yes to change my beloved blood. I have been running Quaker State Motor Oil/ Advanced Engine Synthetic - 10W30
I have a k04 upgrade/chip/exhasut.. and MBC so i need some good quality oil here! What!!!

Now my 2 questions are...
1) What is good summer oil (full syntheic plz) - it reaches 99+*F here.. and i drive alot in the heat (what is a good weight.. ex. 10-40, 10-30, 5-30)
2) The oil filter.. i read its better to run a larger capacity oil filter. If so what kind? I been running K&N Oil Filters..
