Default Oil cooler?

Is there anything I can do for my A4 to cool the oil faster? When I went auto-x'ing, it was at 250º for like an hour. I left my car running because I've heard that when the oil is that hot and you shut off the car, it messes up the turbo.

So, is there an Aux oil cooler or something like that for our A4's?

Thanks,
Kyle

You could buy an oil intercooler. you would have to make a custom fit with it best place would be infront of FMIC or in factory loaction of intercooler. really anywhere that will get good air flow. there like 150 for the intercooler i don't know what it would caust to install one

Thought about the turbo timer, but in 100º+ weather and autocrossing, the stock cooler took FOREVER to get the temps down to even 225º. I think an oil cooler will help with that.

there might be something wrong with yours now. becuase even in texas when i would push my car very very hard i would have no trouble keeping my temp gauge in the middle. same thing in colorado in the summers i never had any problems. and i ran a bt and pushed my car every day

Yeah it maxed out at 250 (in the middle) but it never cooled down. Is that normal?
