im draining the entire pan and then i will put try some j.b. in the morning.. sort of hard since it was only five degrees out today and tomorrow its supposed to be just as cold.. dont really have the money to buy a new part.. we will see if that works and im gonna go from there
JB weld will not cure at that temperature, trust me I have purposely kept JB weld cold to keep it from curing... DO NOT use JB weld in that temperature it will be a waste of time... Getting JB weld too hot will cause it to get runny...

You could probably fab up a cardboard box and a blow dryer under the car to keep the area fairly warm... But remember, if it gets too warm (not even hot, just too warm) the JB weld will thin out and run...
You will want to get the pan clean using laquor thinner or soap and water (do not use alcohol) and then get the pan to room temperature, apply the JB weld and keep the area at room temperature... Check up on it every now and again and make sure its not running and that the area is not soo cold that it will prevent curing...
