i currently have falken zeix512 tires on my a4 that were on when i bought the car. They are pretty much bald after 17,000 miles (partly due to alignment) but i think i finally have that fixed. I found them to be a great tire but was wondering whether to buy them again or look elsewhere. They are an allseason tire and for around $330 a set, they seem to be a pretty good deal. However if i would be able to get around 30-40,000 miles out of another tire that is more expensive then that would be the way to go. I just don't want to buy a set of tires for $500 and have them wear out in 20,000 miles. Anyone have any recommendations of another brand tire? Any advice would be appreciated.
