Well i ordered 2 right side upper control arms... just got them yesterday.. i opened one box and the bag that goes around the part was opened already.. and the part had some car grease on it...i was like wtf?, hopefully nothing is wrong with that part.. and my NGK spark plugs box came crushed but none seem 2 be damaged... anyone else order anything from that website and have a problem like this?

 

Ive emailed them several times about pricing on passenger side window regulators and they have yet to get back to me its been 2 1/2 weeks. So **** em.

 

damn that sucks, the funny thing is as i was reading it i glanced up at the ad of getcoolparts.com and it said "excellent service"

Yeah I was trying to get a valve cover gasket (under$50) and after shipping ecartoys won. I checked out a couple other parts (over$50) and ecartoys won again... Sooooo... I guess it just depends on what your looking for... What did you get for the $103.70?
