did they say y its not good? any why would they tell you that thier OWN product isent good for your car? lol wouldnt that just make them loose money?

 

Dude you gotta get rid of the liscense plate on the side of your bumper, just ditch it...

 

ecs is stupid you can have one it will be ok, it just goes in to limp every so often lol

 

they told me the will go to limp mode, if that happens what to do?

 

remove it...reinstall the old one...or cry about it...


hey man, if you got apr's stage 3 in there why didnt you upgrade the dv 1st??? just curious.

 

i bought the car as is. the original owner did a lot of work to it but never finished it, he did a lot of shows with it before getting all of the mods done. as for my license plate, washington is **** about front plates, i dont really know where else to stick it.

btw that audi/vw part number you gave me only turned out to be like 8 bucks cheaper but more readily available than ecs. haha thanks man

 

lol i drive through washington all the time with out a front plate and they never do **** to me...... oh and if the car goes into limp mode all you gotta do is turn it off and restart it

 

haha maybe i'll just put the plate in my glove box and say the brackets broke or something.

 

yea see my plan is that since my car is all fu*ked up and has a different color front ill just tell the osifer that the plate was destroyed int he wreck and they havent sent me a new one yet
