Default Oxygen sensor Please help!!

Hey evreybody how are? I need some serious advice here before I bring the car to Audi and get robbed. The car has had the check engine light on for a while now, but now it's starting to idle up and down eraticly when you come to a light, etc, only when in gear. My mechanic ran the diagnostic through and he got these codes:11336 - 0442 - 11288. After I did some research, the codes mean:

11336 - 02 Sensor heating ciirc, Bank 1 + 2, sensor 1 Electrical malfunction.

0442 - Fuel Cap

1128 - Long Term Trim Mult, Bank 1 System too lean.

All of this is jiberish, and he says to bring it to Audi, because something made the o2 sensor go to begin with. Then I find out that there are too sensors. Which one is bad?

I hope someone knows what this means. I just ordered a gas cap, because there is definitely the wrong one in there. Would this make the O2 go bad. Please help.

Thanks

About 80,000 miles, which filters do you ask that I've changed? None since I've owned it at 50,000. I thought about changing fuel filter, but I can't even figure out how to change the one in that car.

what engine do you have? Those codes aren't even standard. They usually look like this "P1102". I think you've written them down wrong or your mechanic did. Do you have an autozone nearby?

guessing here. don't actually do it unless verified by jest or david, but you could possibly look into both your air and oil filters. these clogged could lead to your symptoms.

doubtful, it's either a MAF or 02 problem.

It is the 1.8 Quattro. I've also been told the car idoesn't have that much power either. This came from someone who has driven the same car before. Why do you think the oil filter would make it idle bad? What would you guys suggest should be the first to try? I would like to try the cheapest things first?

An oil filter can not possibly throw a O2 sensor heater code.

You never answered my original question jasong.
