P1113 & P0411 Code Diagnostic
Hi gent.
I've bought an A4 2000 1.8TQ in November 04. and frequently I need reset cel.
This is the result of Vag-com coding:

Component and/or Version: 1.8L R4/5VT G 0008
Software Coding: 07201
Work Shop Code: WSC 06342
2 Faults Found:
17521 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor: B1 S1: Internal Resistance too High
P1113 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16795 - Secondary Air Injection System: Incorrect Flow Detected
P0411 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
Can I do something for repear this myself ? Presently my car has only chip mod, and I would like to increase whp inspring.

Look for bad/leaking vacuum lines. It can cause these codes to show.

There is this secondary air pump that connects into the air box. It pushes air into the car when you first start it up. Its only for emissions and is dumb.
If you turn you car on you can hear what sounds like a vacum up front and turn off then the pump is working. what happend to me is the little plastic tube they use cracked, it was leaking and not getting enough pressure causing the light.
Go back down the dealer and have them look at it, probably take them 15mins to replace the tube, saying thats the problem. Its its the pump that failed, it will take the a bit longer.
