P1114 Bank1-Sensor2 Internal Resistant too High. Any one know what this is?

My check engine light recently came on and i ran the codes and it there were a few, one was P1114 which i have no idea what it means and the other were for my O2 sensor and another for a power steering leak. So i got everything fixed under warranty but i still have this code coming up, its not causing my check engine light to come on anymore so im not to worried but im just wondering what the hell it is. I have cleared the code but it will come back after a while.
