Default Painted interior-installed pics

Just painted my interior Door panels. I used alloy wheel paint because its much tougher and less likely to chip.

what the hell kind of DIY is this, if you advertise a DIY we need the full walkthrough - did you sand it, what grit, did you primer your hand before you painted it!?! These are things that we need to know

sweet dude, i know a lot of people come on here complaining about those chipping and looking ugly. good work... make sure you let everyone know again and again and again what kinda paint was used, and possibly make a DIY, sure it would be an easy DIY but it would be helpful for the next time someone posts a question about painting them (probably within 72 hours lol) to just point them to your DIY. looks good.

LOL. Sorry guys should not have writen DIY. Ive PM Jared and hope fully my proper DIY shows up in the DIY section. Just for now you need 320 and 600 sand paper. Primer , Paint , Spirit, A clean cloth and dont forget to wash our hands properly. First sand with 320 paper to level out the chips, then sand with 600 paper to smooth. Wipe with clean cloth.Primer with 3-4 thins coats. Then let dry for 30 mins. Lightly wipe with clean cloth and spirit. If need be the primer can be lightly sanded down incase of dust settling during the primer process. Then paint with 3-4 thin coats and let dry for3-6 hours.

It will look better than it did before. I'm going to do this one once I see the DIY. But I'm going to search around and find a color very close to original. It will be interesting to see how it holds up over time.
