Default painting lowers

ok ive seen many audi a4s with painted lowers... i want to get that done but when i brought it in to be checked or whatever.. they were saying that the rubber pieces at the bottom of the driver and passenger side doors is too soft and that the paint would just flake off.. howd you guys do it?? im dying to find out!!

theres something that needs to be sprayed on so the paint sticks, the product is called Bull Dog, tomritt did a good post about this once. try a search

Bulldog adhesion promoter must be used as primer. The paint will not flake off the rubber. Search my name, and painting lowers and you will find lots of info, and pics.

Yeah lots of people have done this. Take it to a good body shop and there should be no problem.
