So I was wiring up an amp to my factory stereo, and inside the trunk, just above where the factory alarm horn is mounted in the rear driver's side fender, there appears to be a parallel port that is connected to the wires on the factory harness, I don't know if thats what it is, but it looks just like it........ Anybody know about this???

its for the audi cell phone which is supposed to go in the armrest.

 

It's for the factory CD changer.

 

The CD Changer one is 13 pin. That one is for the phone setup

DAMN, you guys sure it isn't for the Bose Subwoofer/amplifier assembly? The amp has the same number of connections/pins
