Phone jack in armrest?

i seem to have a phone jack in the back interior of my armrest. i have searched about this but to no avail. what does it do and can i use it somehow for something. car in the sig

a phine huh? lol i know its for a phone, but what kind of phone and how do i get to use it and get service to it? and has anyone ever used it before?

ITs for a Privacy phone / handset... I just found mine in my car today lol.
