I just picked up a CPO 2006 A4 last week. I have noticed three issues so far. My fuel door doesn't lock as it should, a slight whistle from under the hood just above idle, and the A/C stinks real bad for a while when I get in the car after it sits for a while. I hope the CPO warranty will cover the cleaning of the evaporator core since it was just certified. I am sure the fuel door will be covered. I am thinking the whistling may be the PCV starting to go. That should be covered as well under the CPO warranty I assume.

Has anyone had this with the A/C stink and what was done? Was it covered under warranty?
