hello fellow b5'ers w/ fmic's......i have a flavor to ask of you guys who are rockin the fmic....take a picture of your ic piping and all of its entiritey...like off the turbo, into the fmic, back into the intake manifold...if any of you have any pics of this, i would be greatly appreciative. My exhaust shop is full of retared monkeys with wrenches, and they want a picture to go off of. * i dont necessarly blame them* but if you guys would hook it up, i'd be grateful..

it sounds like they dont know what they are doing, take it some where else.

 

Sorry I can't offer you a pic, but the routing is very simple. It starts at the turbo (obviously) and comes around the side of the radiator then it goes around the other side of the radiator and passes through the opening where your SMIC used to be. You may already know all of this, I just can't believe they need pics. Good luck! BTW, What FMIC you runnin?

 

Johnny race car fmic.....yeah blazed, they are the only shop around me....at least within 2 hours. so i have no choice... ...did you ahve to move those hoses with the turbo side of the car juju4uofa <--hard to spell...lol... will 2.5 inch fit around the side ner the radiator? * feelin like a noob.*

 

Here's what I've got.

the drivers side was easy to fit. The passenger side was a serious pain because the radiator support had to be cut for the pipes and I had to take out the smog pump untill I could get a new bracket made because the pump was in the way. Damn GReddy.





The long pipe in the pic below goes to the drivers side. The shortest section is connected to the turbo.

 

Oh yeah, I can e-mail you the originals if you want since these have been shrunk by photobucket.
