You should see the type R's. Cracking cars! 200 bhp, and absolute screamers. very fast on the bendy stuff.
I've driven a 2001 Integra Type R... was a lot of fun. Very very tight car too... I just miss the torque, when I am in a honda. They are fun cars to drive the **** out of though... but if the revs aren't up, then you aren't going anywhere quickly.
Civic type R... Gonna be classic, just like all the other type R's out there!

Although fwd, they really do handle brilliantly. Not as good as the 'teg type R, but as good a hot hatch as you could wish for.

The 'teg... The best handling fwd car??

This one...

...or this one... What do ya think, peeps??

I'd go for the newer, as it just seems to look a little beefier, but still has the spot on chassis, and that screaming vtec. It looks a bit more substantial, and a bit more road presence.
There...and two sameish piccies

The integra type R i drove was a North American one... with the little round headlights. Not sure how much they differ in terms of performance.

As for the 2 civics... I like the new ones... because the the SIR's were uber rare in north america... and you couldn't get a civic hatch, unless it was an SIR.

That white one looks like any other dime a dozen civic (even if it isnt, under the hood)

It is wierd to drive them... I mean... like I said, no torque... but you can tell that they have to be one of the best handing FWD cars out there. So very tight. And above 6000 RPM or whenever v-tec doe its thing... it was a joy.

And I maintain that acura has the nicest gearboxes out there. So fun to shift that thing.
