Josh,I think that it is not really ignition switch itself. Starter is working (engine doesn't respond), there is no sparks comming. I guess the problem will be closer to spark-plugs...

Oh, ok, then I am not sure... You don't have an ICM and I am not familiar with the 03's. Anyone else???

I am pretty sure it stands for Ignition Control Module but I could be wrong. It was on the 96-early 99's and controlled the coilpacks. After that they took them out.

Yes, probably it is ignition, the question is how do I check it and where it is located.
Let’s wait and see if anybody will have experience or similar problem solution occurred in the past.
