Josh,I think that it is not really ignition switch itself. Starter is working (engine doesn't respond), there is no sparks comming. I guess the problem will be closer to spark-plugs...
I am pretty sure it stands for Ignition Control Module but I could be wrong. It was on the 96-early 99's and controlled the coilpacks. After that they took them out.
