Please Help!!! Pulley issue!!!!
I have owned this car for about a month, a few weeks ago i replaced my thermostat because of a P2181, which involved taking off my alternator. After i put the car back together i noticed that the belt tensioner was moving quite a bit so i decided to replace that as well. I have tried 3 different belt tensioners and they all move in a similar fashion.
I decided to remove the belt and spin the other pulleys looked for any visible "lopsided" movements. the idler pulley had a very slight movement so i went ahead and replaced that too. This involved taking apart the entire front end, but when i finally got the pulley replaced and started the car, the tensioner still wiggles the same.
Here is a video of the accessory belt as of 8/13. Is this normal?? or do i need to take my car to a mechanic for further diagnostics?

I havent had a car in 2 weeks because of the whole ordering/waiting for parts. I cannot keep "winging" it everyday to work. i could try replacing another pulley since the car is still apart and i am able to access them all fairly easily.
