Weellllll... the car feels like it always has, kinda sluggish to me because I'm used to peppy, very responsive Honda's. As for full boost on a gauge, when would I hit full boost? Maybe I should try and borrow a psi boost gauge and test with that?
You definitely need a chip, but it doesnt sound like your boosting to stock levels.
If your burning coolant, then you probably have a bad head gasket, which would also cause a loss of compression and a loss of power. Sounds like you better get her in ship-shape before you mess her up real bad.
Is the car peppy at 3k? If not, we have a problem Houston.

Well the coolant burning issue has happened about maybe 3 or 4 times in 6 months, and my mechanic hasn't said anything about low coolant level, or coolant in the oil / oil in the coolant. And it only has seemed to happen after a short startup and then quick little move of the car (like in a driveway) and then a startup and idle within an hour or so. Now for peppyness, not really, I don't have anything to compare it to other than my bro's S2000 which is very damn peppy. Hasn't ever seemed to kick at any point like you could actually feel the turbo kick in. You think its the headgasket... do you know what the compression per cylinder should be???
