PO300 and Po301,302,304
When you say it's misfiring do you mean it misses once and a while or does it sound like it's running on three cylinders (assuming it's a 1.8T).
If you've narrowed it down to one cylinder then you might want to start checking your wiring.

it does sound like it but it could be a wiring shorting/arcingproblem since all the codes came back, start the engine and listen carefully for cracking sounds from the coil pack that's the sign of arcing
i don't hear any cracking sound. What do i do if there is arcing?
I also switched the coil pack back to when I only got the one code po302 to see if i would get the same come to come up, but instead all the codes came back up.
I think I might take it to a mechanic, because i have to go to work soon and tomorrow working all day, don't have time to play around any more.
Any last ideas before i call a mechanic

oh and to answer your question the car feels like its studdering/hesitating and when i first start it up feels like its going to die at times. Not everytime I start it up just sometimes.
update:
I replaced my MAF today and my car is running like new.
Audi a Fizzle, i would change the MAF first and go from there. I bought mine at ECS tuning.
So again thanks for everyones help, much appreciated.
