find some rs4 replacement mounts and an apr or greedspeed snub mount.

can you tell me where i can find poly motor mounts. i cant seem to find them online or i might not know what to look for exactly.

 

NO ONE MAKES THEM! The only polyurethane mounts made are for the snub. I gave you the link to both sites. THe rs4s are the best price/product mounts available.
Just search for rs-4 engine mounts.

 

I called Prothane a while back, and supposedly they are in the process of developing the Poly Mounts for our cars... I've had the Prothane mounts in two of my cars, and I'll tell you... It's not a comfortable ride. I should post the video I have of the cockpit of the Laser at idle. A friend of mine took the Prothane mounts of his Eclipse, because the ride was far too rough for daily driving.

So unless you plan on taking away from the luxery of your car, don't do it.

 

for tranny mount go with allroad mounts they are better. you will have to modify them. it took me only 10 min to mod them. they cost about $75 a peice (need 2). also get greed speed snub they do a nice job and are inexpensive. for more info look over on aw for the mounts and how to modifiy them.

 

or if u have a 1.8t the subframe is different and you can only use the passenger side allroad mount. Def makes a nice difference. With rs4 motor mounts, allroad trans mount, and a snub mount it will be pretty solid. If that isnt enough get the dts

 

ok ill try the allroad mounts, but i have been hearing about using the solid rs4 mounts alot. thanks all. i have a 2.8 auto.
