ouch.. i was going to buy a set, and cut the back out of my one piece headlights,
so they look more like ecodes

they look like they have a nice little bulb cover on them.. i was going to do it if they were like 30, but 70+ is too much just to cut up

I have those same ones. Glad you like them. You should use epoxy to seal the clear corner housing.

Where are you putting your fog lights? I've been thinking of getting a pair of 2-pc lights or 1 pc but I have fogs on my car and still want them. Does anybody know if I could just take the fogs from a facelifted A4 and put them on my 96? Would I just have to extend the wire from the light housing or would I be difficult to wire?

i bought a new pair of fogs, made some lower meshgrills and mounted the fogs behind the grills. theres pics of it in my gallery.
the w5w city light (wedge bulb)replaces your fog light in the 2pc headlight kit, uses your fog light wires in the housing and uses your frontfog light switch in the dash.
i didnt want to start splicing into wires in the housing so i ran a whole new set of wire (including an in-line fuse) to a rocker switch which is in the little change holder compartment next to the hazard light switch.
