damn, that could've saved me a grand........but then i wouldn't have gotten the driveshaft too, how much are driveshafts?

found one for $49 lol. why did you need a driveshaft?

i didn't, but it got sent along with the tranny so he put it on for me....mine had almost 140k miles on it......please tell me 50 bucks isn't the going price for a driveshaft...otherwise i'm finding a new mechanic..

Thats the cheapest one on car-parts.com, i think some where as much as 350...just become your own mechanic, thats what i did

[:@][:@][:@] i used to be my own mechanic, back when i had a garage.........i'm just not as savage as you tom. no way could i handle that kinda stuff in my apartment..let alone a dorm room...

Ahahhaha, eh thats what happens when you go to a school that severly lacks girls...all of a sudden it doesnt matter how messy my room is.

True man i hear ya. Going to a perdominately male school kinda sucks me and my roomate used to store our dirtbikes in the main common area, anyways my friend just did a used tranny for $2300 installed in a 97 1.8t. good luck man
