Default Power Steering Fluid

What do you guys recommend. I have a 99.5 A4 Q1.8T and need some power steering fluid now, but all the local parts stores say they don't have anything for it, and I am quite a ways from a dealership. Any help is appreciated.

yep, Pentosin is OEM replacement - However you should be using the Pentosin CHF 11S green can with red letters

The white can (CHF 7.1) is not synthetic fluid and is for older models (up to 1989). I would replace it quickly black991.8tq.

ouch, dude. Probably not catastrophic, but if you continue to use it your seals will most likely corrode a lot sooner, and your pump might decide to die. Our cars specify synthetic fluid.
You should flush your system - you CANNOT mix the two types.
