not in the engien just one the vac lines and the ic piping, if there is a leak in the lines it will cause the soapy water to bubble and then u will see it

 

its okey as long as you put it on pipes with boost. There is another test with a lighted match, however its a bit more dangerouse couse you mightg have a fuel leak.

Oh there is another test with the things that doctors use to listen for lungs in thee patience. I did it and found that couple of my lifters are bad. anywho you will need to listen for sounds.

dude that was the first thing i questioned about that kit when we were putting it in. crazy.....

 

o ya try disconnecting the ecu for a few min and see if u get boost back. u shouldnt be in limp mode if the n75 isnt hooked up

im almost have the turbo in. the oil return line is a bitch, but i figured it out. i just gotta tighten it down tomorrow and put all hoses in along with injectors, oil, coolant, and etc. the oil line slowed me down a lot. took at least 2 hours to get it on. you have to do it perfectly or else you cant get it on.

anyways, glad to hear you got it running. BTW, i thought you were a 98. 98 doesnt have limp mode. well i will be done tomorrow. i actually am probably gonna stay up tonight and work on it. im really excited. BTW, did your MAF sensor from you stock maf fit with your new MAF housing? i have the wrong MAF housing, but i was gonna rig it together. however, the hole that the sensor goes in wont fit by almost a 1/4 ". im just gonna get a diff maf housing tomorrow.

mine is similar to this, its good to have. I used a tire vlave stem and pulled it through the PVC endcap and siliconed it in. Boost leak
