Well I was looking in the forums and I was not able to find what the hell im looking for regarding this question. I know the 2001 A4 is 170hp and before that was 150hp. What did Audi do to add those extra 20hp??? More boost? ECU?????

 

differnt turbo...they went from k03 to k03 sport

 

Sooo all one would need to do is change the turbo??? Or cant we just up the boost and add those 20hp?

 

well you can change the turbo in order to get the 20hp or you can get the car chipped and add about 50hp but you really just cant up the boost on a stock A4 in order to gain 20hp

chip is a definet for the A4. I would recommend GIAC since alot of users on here have them and say they are great. My A4 was chipped 3 weeks ago and it feels like a whole new car
