Default Prob Selling my '99 A4 1.8T Quattro

I might be selling my 1999 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro. What do you guys think would be a fair price?

I purchased this car locally in December, 2005 from a private dealer outside Philadelphia. It's silver with black leather interior, 5-speed with most options. It has around 138,000 miles on it, but it drives perfect. The new clutch feels great, and it shifts into every gear without any hesitation or grinding. The steering/suspension feels great especially since the tie rods and front upper control arms were done.

List of Maintenance Stuff:
New OEM Clutch Disk and Pressure Plate (1/06)
New EBC Green Stuff Front Brakes
New Front Rotors
PA inspection until 1/08
New Front Upper Control Arms (10/06)
New Tie Rods (10/06)
4-Wheel Alignment (10/06)
All 4 Speakers replaces with Polk (1/07)

List of Mods (all put on in 2006):
GIAC chip (adds 47hp / 80ft. lbs to the crank)
710N Diverter Valve
K&N Filter
Front Mount Intercooler with solid piping

The Problems:
ABS does not work
Slight tear in driver seat
Scratches on rear left bumper
Little Nicks here and there on the car

I was thinking maybe $7000, what you guys think?

Sounds a little high if your body is not in perfect condition. You are not a dealer and that means people will not pay nearly as much for the same car from you. But, you might get more if you take out all the mods that you have done that can be reversed and sell the items. Cars that are lightly modded generally sell for less than an unmodified car because everyone know that a car that has been modified has been driven hard. I got my fully stock 98 with 130k over 13 months ago(jan of 06) now and I paid $5300 and it was in mint condition all around.

I paid 12900 for my 99.5 two weeks ago. however, you have to consider that I live in canada, and my car is mint, not to mention it's completely bone stock and has service records from brand new. it has just over 98K miles.

off topic, lazer that's an awesome pic of your ride, nice work! are those the stock 16" 1.8T sport package wheels?

Belligerenceā„¢, you paid 12,500 for a 99.5 eith almost 100k on it??? Sorry to bust your bubble man but I bought a 2001 with 60k on it that was MINT for 13,500. You could have definatley bought one with 100k for cheaper than that. I always buy cars off of autotrader and find pleanty of cars tp choose from

you're not bursting my bubble at all bro, no worries. if you go back and read my original post, you'll notice that I live in Canada. the price of vehicles, especially luxury ones, is considerably higher here, not to mention the fact that our dollar is weaker than yours. 12,900 CDN works out to roughly 11000 USD, and for a mint 99.5 with nearly 100K on it, that's not terrible in my opinion. it was the right car for me, I wanted black on black with sport package, and I got it. for this I was willing to pay a little bit more.

also, not to burst your bubble, but your 2001 is DBW, and so is less suitable for modding.

Yeah Audi's and the like don't depreciate all that fast here up north. I paid 10g's for a 98 with 165,000 kms.
