The Project Begins: new air box mod...
box of junk?

a guy on AZ was selling a complete stock airbox setup with all the piping, internals, brackets, etc... for like $40 .. so i figure its worth the 40 bucks to take this setup and play around with it and see if i can come up with a better , more efficient, stock airbox mod..
ill be doing more research, but if anyone has any ideas to toss around.. please feel free... most likely i wont find anything better than the current one alot of us are using.. including myself which can be found here : http://www.europeanspeed.com/stage2.htm
but i figure its worth a shot....
thats all.. have a nice day

im sure someone like that would love to own your airbox.

looks ok for the price, its similar to 3 pipe mod where you open the horn as you call it to a larger diameter for more air intake " a simple mod on your existing air box will suffice at no cost " but it does effect the range off power quite considerably low end and top " so it depends on if you like a traffic light fighter or a top end speed or just the noise
