How do you pull out the stock head unit on the B6 A4?

Can i do it without having to buy the keys. Which audi wont sell me or best buy wont do it...

 

You have to use the keys. I cannot emphasize how much you need to use them. Go to Pep Boys, they sell them there...in fact, most auto parts stores SHOULD sell them. I know here at Circuit City we'd pop out a factory radio for like $25 at most...even then I think that's a little steep, but a worst case scenario.

 

Haha, I know eh? Charge like 20 bucks for about 8 seconds of work... the keys are 10 bucks at crutchfield.com and ebay has them as well. Good to hear that places like pep boys sell them, I'd never have guessed...
