Default Purchasing audi over 100k

I was shopping around fir a new car and stumbled upon a 2009 audi a4 3.2l with a 112k miles at a great price. But have been comtemplating the reliability of a audi over a 100k. What can i expect from a audi over a 100k???? Is it realiably??? Will i need to replace any major parts??? What kind of maintenece so im basically askin if the price is right is this worth it or just a headache????

Check and see if it has been maintained as to Audi recomended maintenance! maintenance is the best way to keep a vehicle reliable! See if the timing belt and water pump, rollers, tensioners, and all required parts for timing belts been replaced

For the most part I read about issues with the timing belt (on 2.0T engines) as being the number one concern. Since this is a 3.2 I think it uses a chain and has a longer service life. As Gman 56 stated if the car has been maintained and you can confirm that you should be able to get another 100k out of her easily.
