BT kit, your best bet would probably be the a gt2871r turbo with all supporting mods.

manifold, dp, injectors, fmic, software, 3" turbo-back exhaust, and intake.

you won't get 400whp but you'll be close if not past 400 crank hp.

If that is your plan for 400hp plan at least to build the bottom end, especially rods.

 

Why, people make 400hp plenty of times and without problems. All he needs is some scat rods ($350) and he is golden to over 600whp.

400hp would be easy with a 3071r or 3076r, decent chip but better with a full standalone, and then clutch and fmic that can support the hp.

 

its a 5 speed by the way
