I have a silver B6 A4 that needs new rims. I'm looking at the 18 X 8 ASA AR1 wheels and was wondering if they'd work with the car. Also, what tires should I put on them. Thanks.

 

Yeah those wheels would work... provided you get the right bolt pattern 5x112, and around a 35mm offset.
Tires... well, what do you want to spend? If you're on a budget, get the avon summer performance tires from tirerack. 235/40/18 is what I'd run.

The avon tires are effing awesome... everybody loves them... so don't think you'd be settling!

 

headshock, what offsets are u running front and back?

I can't even remember... 22 and 37 maybe? .... Damnit... Yeah, I definately can't remember.

But all 4 wheels are the same width... I run 235/45/17's on all 4 corners. So it LOOKS staggered, because of offset... not width.
