You should be able to source a used block (either aeb or atw) for less than $1500. You just have to know where to look. Try looking here http://www.car-part.com/index.htm

 

No I found a used AEB but what do I do about the throttle body and ECU

 

you use yourstock stuff. you will have to drill and tap the head if you want to use the AEB and keep the sai however. Also you will need a spacer or aeb intake manifold to use the head.

If you dont want to use it, you can send me the AEB head
