Default Quick question about the snub mount

Hey everyone, i am about to buy the snub mount and after searching the forum, i can see that the most popular ones are; APR. GreepSpeed and Pure Motorsport (PMS). Out of the three, APR seems most expensive, while GreedSpeed and PMS are pretty equal in price. My question is which would everyone recommend? I have read that PMS is very good with very little negative feedback. GreedSpeed is ok, and APR is a little better than GreedSpeed.

I hope to order by monday and receive it by frieday so i can install it by Saturday.

Hope you guys can help out.

Thanks alot!

i've heard of a few people having to modify the apr snub to get rid of some vibration...never heard any complaints about greedspeed or PMS

yes, i think i will go ahead and order the PMS one. hopefully it will turn out like everyone elses have.
so does it really improve shifting? meaning it seems stiffer and the wheels gets better put to the ground?

yes, significantly. you will definitely notice a difference. if you still have some slop in the shifts you may want to check out your tranny mounts...another common upgrade is to swap out the stock mounts for allroad mounts (that's if you have a B5)

yes i do, my car is a 1998.5 Audi a4 1.8t. i went to worldimpex.com to look for the allroad mounts and came up with two with the same part#4B0 399 151 M

IMPEX SKU # 81045
RUBB MTG
RUBB MTG
Manufacturer: GERMAN

2.
IMPEX SKU # 261294

either one will work, you need two, they are both the same...the cheapest place i've found them is from german parts online (one of our sponsers on this site)...here's a write-up if you want to tackle it yourself...
