Here is the link for the Valentine 1. Valentine 1 The difference is, the Valentine 1 is a superior product. As for the arrows, it's not rocket science, it tells you where the signal is coming from. Particularly helpful in the city. It's not cheap, but if you do a lot of driving and tend to have a heavy foot, it's well worth the money.

Passport SR-7...Quite a bit more money, but the range, options, and reviews you should deffinitly look into. Not to mention the stealthness to it. Though you can't go wrong with a V-1 or 8500 x-50. Good luck...

Well as soon as it went off I SLAMMED on the brakes and was very close to locking up the tires. Also I'm still building my downpipe and currently have only a test pipe on my car. He was coming at me, and turned his lights on so I pulled over and shut my car off so he wouldnt give me a ticket for no exhaust, which actually worked. He walked up to the window looked around for a couple seconds and asked where the radar detector was. The told me I was going 63 in a 45.

What really sucks is I used to speed ALOT, well over 100 daily, but then lost one of my best friends in a high speed accident (~125mph into a tree...please dont drink and drive anyone), and ever since then I very rarely speed and was actually thinking about selling the radar detector. Now I'm the one doing 5mph under the speed limit in the right lane. Today a friend asked to go for a ride to see how she runs with the new turbo and of course I was a little too heavy footed. Luckily I'm in ny and my liscence/registration is in pa so no points transfer

Yes, but thats usually the case, they usually leave the radar on, and if not u usually get like overspray, if u know what i mean, from shooting other cars. This is only the 3rd or 4th time I've had the trigger pulled at the last second and i ve had the v1 for 8 months.

I got a ticket last month going 87 in a 55. It sucked and so did the ticket. $300.00, which I hear is pretty darn decent considering they coulda hauled me of to jail since I was 27+ over the speed limit. I have a Bel radar detector that works great, but I never use. I think I'm gonna start using it again. It wasn't until I saw this post that I even remembered that I really need to get it back in my car.
