So i got around to changing out my leaking radiator today, of course its now 30 degrees outside. Besides freezing my *** off, the job was really easy! Now i have two questions. My new radiator had two extra holes in on the passenger side. They were only connected to each other and seemed separate from the rest of the coolant passages. I put it in anyway but do you know what these would be for? My other question is what mix do i use for refilling the coolant. I know i use the pink g12 stuff but i want to make sure i should use a 50 50 mix between coolant and distilled water. That right?

 

50/50 or 60/40 coolant/water.

 

just found out that the extra holes are for the auto tranny.

 

I've checked my manual but no answer. What is the capacity of my cooling system?
