Default radio problem

My radio quit working the other day when my battery died, the radio didnt show up any lights at all. So I thought i just needed the code to unlock it, I called audi about finding the code and they imformed me that if the radio doesnt show up any lights at all then its radio. So now im looking for a differnt radio and was wondering if the size of the oem one is different then other domestic cars?

I think there is a fuse on the back of it, you may want to check that. Also, yes the size of an Audi radio is wider than most radios.

Do like Jestnomen says and check the fuse on the back of the radio
